It was cited that there are lots of causes for dry hair. It includes; spending large number of time under the sun or even in water. Using hair gadgets like dryer, curling irons are one too. Apparently, not all of this can be avoided; rather we should at least be aware of ways to lessen the damage of hair. One is to try keeping the hair protected by the use of hat when out in the sun. The alternatives should be; let hair air-dry rather than blow-dry. The hair also needs to be conditioned in a gentle formula because hair loses its shine when small amount of oil (sebum) was produced. Furthermore, hair oils has its benefits, these are;
·         Acts as an agent that moistens and softens the hair.
·         Helps to the growth of the hair because it supplies the nutrients needed.
·         Also helps to prevent hair from having dandruff's.
·         One way to avoid split ends.
·         Lastly, it adds up shine to hair when used daily.
Hair products are highly on demand at this rate for other girls wanted to have quick solution for their problem.
There are still many ways to treat or avoid dry hair. Those preventions and treatments stated above are just few of hundreds and thousands of solutions that we can get from exploring the nature. Yes, nature! We can get a lot of treatments from nature just like herbal treatments because we’ll never know the side effects of aesthetic product if we settle of inaccurate details given.
Altogether, we can prevent the hair problem by simply avoiding or minimizing doings stuffs that may lead to dry hair. Just like the causes tackled above which is being exposed under the heat of the sun for a long period of time. We really can’t avoid it but we can do things that can protect our hair from damages.
I believe that the simplest way to prevent or even treat dry hair is to really take good care of our hair and to be aware of do’s and don’ts. Though these days, people, particularly girls, wants an instant treatment for their hair, ignoring the bad side effects of the products.
If we really persevere to have a beautiful and healthy hair, we should be wise enough to decide what to do, what to use, and also to know the benefits and effects for each that we use. It’s not always the expensive products are the most effective and good for us, rather it’s the natural way or those stuffs that are much cheaper that contains lots of benefits and good side effects.
